Katherine Antonova is an Assistant Professor at Queens College in the City University of New York. A historian of Russia, specializing in cultural and intellectual history in the 19th century, Antonova is the author of “An Ordinary Marriage: The World of a Gentry Family in Provincial Russia.” Originally from Michigan, she earned her BA at the University of Chicago and PhD at Columbia University.
