Josep Grau-Bove

Josep Grau-Bové is a lecturer at the Institute for Sustainable Heritage, University College London. He obtained his PhD in Heritage Science in 2015 exploring the use of computational simulations to predict the effects of the environment in historic buildings. His research focuses on the study of heritage environments and materials, and on developing new technologies that can support preventive conservation. He also manages the Mobile Heritage Laboratory, a mobile facility for research and public engagement. Previously, he conducted research on the history of atmospheric science during the Enlightenment. He is the author of many scientific publications in English and two books in Catalan.
