Jolovan Wham is the Executive Director of Humanitarian Organisation for Migration Economics (HOME), a Singapore-based nongovernmental organization concerned with the rights and welfare of migrant workers. He holds a Bachelor’s in Social Work from the National University of Singapore and is a founding member of HOME.
