John F. Halbleib is an author, consultant and attorney with over 40 years of experience advising on many projects. His legal and advisory work spans entity formation, strategic planning, complex financings, structured finance and long-term development initiatives. Halbleib is the founder and CEO of John F. Halbleib, LLC and previously served as a partner at Mayer Brown, where he was also Global Director of Knowledge Management, as well as a partner at Chapman and Cutler. He cofounded and led technology and nonprofit organizations, including Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness Research, Inc. He earned Juris Doctor and Master of Management degrees from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science from Lebanon Valley College. He graduated from the Milton Hershey School.
