Jaitirth “Jerry” Rao is a former Citigroup honcho and CEO of Mphasis. He is currently the chairman of the Value Budget Housing Corporation. In 2019, he authored the book, “The Indian Conservative: A History of Indian Right-Wing Thought,” which explores the philosophical roots of modern Indian conservatism in five domains: economic, cultural, social, political and aesthetic.
