Geo Dzakwan Arshali is an Indonesian Undergraduate Student in International Affairs Management at the School of International Studies, Universiti Utara Malaysia, and a Research Intern (Regional Security Architecture Programme) with the Institute of Defence and Strategic Studies (IDSS) at S.
