Mr. Hale completed his Master’s degree in Judicial Policy at the Universidad de Almería, España in 2011. He has over 30 years experience in counter-drug international drug law enforcement and national security issues, and is considered an expert on drug policy. His main areas of interest are Latin America, Mexico, Law Enforcement, Intelligence and Drug Policy.
