France Houdard has 15 years of international management consulting, cross-border transaction and development advisory experience. He has conducted project work in some 40 countries spanning Asia; Western, Central and Eastern Europe; and the Americas. France Houdard has served leading corporations across all major industry segments: Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Automotive, Technology, Consumer Business, Retail, Real Estate, Public Sector.
Some of his representative clients include: 3COM, ARCO, Bristol-Myers Squibb, C&A, Crown Equipment, Deere, General Motors, Honeywell, Kennametal, Kohler, Kraft, Lafarge, Lubrizol, Mead Johnson, MetLife, NY Life, Novartis, Palm, Payless, Rexel, Roche, Superior Essex, Shanghai Tower, Symantec, Trico, Toyota, Zimmer.
From 2005 to 2009 France Houdard was a senior executive for one of the world’s top-three global real estate solutions firms. France Houdard was the Executive Managing Director, Greater China, responsible for the strategic, operational and financial management of the 700-person business operating across 30 cities in China. France Houdard was also Managing Director, Global Consulting, responsible for carrying out projects for major clients in the areas of global corporate strategy and cross-border transactions in countries spanning the globe, including the Americas; Western, Central and Eastern Europe; and Asia.
Prior to this, France Houdard spent ten years with Deloitte & Touche specializing in the areas of management consulting and corporate finance. From 2001 to 2005 he was based in New York City and spent from 1993 to 2001 based overseas in Central & Eastern Europe and Asia. France Houdard was responsible for serving some of Deloitte’s leading corporate clients in the provision of global strategic and transaction services – project work executed largely throughout Asia and Central & Eastern Europe.
France Houdard began his professional career as an engineer in the aerospace industry with General Dynamics. France Houdard worked in the research and development of avionic system and subsystem technologies for advanced generation aircraft.
