Ernest Shupai Dube is an experienced Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) and Enterprise Development Specialist with over 15 years of driving humanitarian and development programs in Africa and the Middle East. He has designed agile MEL systems and managed multimillion-dollar projects for organizations such as USAID, Mercy Corps, Food for the Hungry, Fintrac and Silatech, positively impacting millions of households. His leadership in data-driven decision-making, adaptive management and youth economic empowerment has earned recognition from global stakeholders. Currently, he works with Education Above All in Qatar, focusing on program development, partnerships and resource mobilization to ensure sustainable community outcomes. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and various certifications, Ernest combines technical expertise with innovative solutions to address complex development challenges.
