Dr. Sutandra Singha is an alumna of Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India, and holds a Ph.D. in International Studies. Her research interests include climate change, energy, geopolitics of natural resources and sustainable development. Previously, she served as a researcher with the Indian Council of Social Science Research under the Ministry of Education, Govt. of India, New Delhi.
