Mr. DC Agrawal is a railroad and urban transportation consultant, specializing in operations and financial management issues. He was involved in establishing New Jersey Transit Corporation in 1979 and served there for over 30 years as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Deputy General Manager (DGM) and Assistant Executive Director (AED). DC has been involved as a development and community activist in founding several organizations, including FREA India in 1967, which focused on rural development projects, and Indians for Democracy (IFD) in 1975, which fought against the Emergency in India. Currently, Mr. Agrawal serves on the Boards of IIT Bombay Heritage Foundation, USA, and Rajasthan Education Trust, Jaipur. In the past, he served on the WHEELS Global Foundation and the Association of Indians in America (AIA) Boards. Mr. Agrawal was born in Jaipur, India, and graduated from IIT Bombay with a Bachelor of Technology (Honors) degree in 1969.
