Dário Moreira is a student at Leiden University in the Netherlands. He is currently taking a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, specializing on East Asia. Due to his multicultural background, Moreira speaks many languages ranging from Portuguese to German and Russian to Mandarin. His publications are both in Portuguese and English. His focus is on international politics with a tendency to concentrate on East Asian dynamics, especially with regard to Chinese foreign policy.
