Daniel Hough

Daniel Hough is a Professor of Politics at University of Sussex. He graduated from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne in 1997. On leaving Northeast England, he headed for the Institute for German Studies at the University of Birmingham to complete his PhD. Following the completion of his doctoral studies in 2000 he spent another two years in Birmingham working on a Leverhulme Trust funded research project with Charlie Jeffery and then as an ESRC Postdoctoral Fellow. He then moved to the University of Nottingham for a year before joining the University of Sussex in 2003.
