Cristian Nitoiu is a Postdoctoral Researcher in EU-Russia relations at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Prior to LSE, he held research positions at Trinity College Dublin and the College of Europe. His book, “EU Foreign Policy Analysis: Democratic Legitimacy, Media, and Climate Change,” will be published in June 2015 by Palgrave. He is currently working on a book examining EU-Russia relations during Vladimir Putin's third term, and also a project on the European Parliament's approach toward the post-Soviet space and Russia. His other research interests focus on the European Union and Russian foreign policy, eastern Europe, international relations and the European public sphere.
