Carl Jylland-Halverson is a professor in the Department of Psychology and Counseling at the University of Saint Francis Indiana, and director of the clinical mental health counseling program. He holds a doctorate in clinical psychology and an MA in theology, as well as an Advanced Certificate in pastoral counseling. His interests include disaster mental health, inter-faith dialog and working with homeless youth. He has presented on human trafficking at international and national conferences, and has provided training for counselors of survivors of human trafficking in Nepal, Thailand and India.
