Caleb Mills

Caleb Mills is an American writer from Indianapolis, Indiana. He is an Editor at E-International Relations Magazine and an Associate at the South China Sea Newswire. He holds a BA in Political Science and International Relations from Purdue University, where he worked as a research assistant. Caleb’s love for writing and foreign policy began in high school, where he frequently visited his local public library. His research has focused on comparative political theory, including democratic backsliding and the intersection between electoral politics and foreign policy. Caleb’s work has appeared in the Lima ChronicleAsia TimesInternational Policy DigestRealClearPolitics, and Geopolitical Monitor. In 2020, his research on China’s ongoing water crisis was referenced in Anatol Lievens's book, Climate Change and the Nation State: The Case for Nationalism in a Warming World, published by Oxford University Press.
