Alicja Rybkowska

Alicja Rybkowska is a philosopher and contemporary culture commentator based in Vienna, Austria. She is also a PhD candidate at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland. In her work, she focuses on modern art and the interdependence of art and philosophy as well as social and cultural consequences of this relation. She currently works on bridging her previous studies on the early avant-garde with a more practical and socially-oriented research. Rybkowska is a junior visiting fellow at the Institute of Human Science in Vienna.
