B.K. Agarwal

B.K. Agarwal is an Indian civil servant with over 35 years of experience at senior management positions in the Indian central government and the state of Himachal Pradesh. He authored the book, “Land Registration: Global Practices and Lessons for India.” During his career in the Indian Administrative Service (IAS), he has dealt with policymaking, regulation and the implementation of large-scale government programs. Agarwal has acquired expertise in land governance, urban development, rural development, food security and tourism. His articles on various subjects have been published in different newspapers. He is frequently invited by the educational institutes to speak on topics related to land administration and property law.
