Rahul studied political science and economics at the University of Pennsylvania, with a focus on migration and political competition in India. His senior thesis research was on this topic, while his internship experience was with an employment exchange and other social enterprise startups in rural Rajasthan. Currently, he is a consultant in IBM’s US Public Sector practice.
