Medet Tiulegenov completed his Master of Public Administration in 1996 from Bowling Green State University (OH, USA) and has been working in an NGO on development of civil society in transitional countries for more than ten years. For the last several years he has been teaching political science at the university and is working as a consultant for public policy and civil society development.
