Yoong Yoong has worked in economic development, international relations and infrastructure cooperation for 16 years. He has a Msc in International Relations from Nanyang Technologies University (NTU), Singapore and a Bachelor of Business in Business Administration from RMIT, Australia. His work experience includes stints with the Singapore government, the ASEAN Secretariat in Jakarta and the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP) in Bangkok, Thailand.
