Josep Colomer is an economist and political scientist, member by election of the Academy of Europe and life member of the American Political Science Association. He is currently a Distinguished Visiting Professor at the BMW Center for German and European Studies, School of Foreign Service, in Georgetown University. He has authored or edited more than thirty books, which have been published in six languages.
