The Barcelona Graduate School of Economics (Barcelona GSE) is an independent institution of research and graduate education located in Barcelona, Spain. The School offers professionally and academically-oriented master's degrees in Economics and Finance to graduate students committed to understanding the complex economic and financial processes of an increasingly global society.

The Barcelona GSE also promotes excellence in scientific research in close collaboration with its four academic units. The School's faculty includes a number of researchers at the forefront of the European economic research community. The Barcelona GSE was ranked third on the RePEc Top European Institutions list in April 2011, along with being named among the top 20 economic research centers in the world.
