Vadim Nikitin is a Murmansk-born freelance journalist, blogger and analyst. Having somehow graduated from Harvard University, Vadim has written about Russia for The Nation, the Moscow Times, The National and Dissent Magazine. He edits the Foreign Policy Association’s Russia blog and is currently researching a comparative study of post-Communist and post-Apartheid nostalgia.
