Stephen Sammut
Entrepreneur, academic and venture capitalist, Steve has been involved in the creation or funding of nearly 40 biotechnology, Internet, and information technology companies globally. He is also lead editor of Scientific American and of Lives, a new magazine on innovation in global health, and founder and chair of the International Institute for Biotechnology Entrepreneurship, a consultant to World Bank/International Finance Corporation, and the creator of eight courses at the Wharton School on private equity, health care, and disaster response.
Apart from his numerous achievements, Steve has a profound interest in world cultures and an insatiable curiosity for all that life has to offer.
As adviser, he is helping Fair Observer assemble the pieces of a new media company.
