Shawn Donnelly (Ph.D. 1999, McGill University) is the author of Reshaping Economic and Monetary Union (Manchester 2004) and The Regimes of European Integration: constructing governance of the single market (Oxford 2010). He is currently conducting research on global financial market regulation and is preparing a book on the causes and effects of the euro crisis.
