Subodh is a skilled negotiator and entrepreneur; he has helped lay the foundations for numerous companies, many for which he continues to act as adviser and mentor.  As an expert in deal making, Subodh has perfected the art of performing mergers and acquisitions for global large cap companies.

A pioneer in the banking and investment sector in India, Subodh managed to form Euromax capital with foundations in London and Dubai, after being mocked for predicting the high value of inbound takeovers that he expected India would host in the twenty-first century. Today he is widely hailed as a leader in the field of capital management.

He will be advising Fair Observer on our strategy for establishing a solid fiscal base.
