Philip I. Levy received his Ph.D. in Economics from Stanford University and was a member of the Yale University Department of Economics for nine years before coming to Washington. He served as Senior Economist for Trade for the President’s Council of Economic Advisers, then as a member of the Secretary of State’s Policy Planning Staff. Currently, Mr. Levy teaches at the Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs.
