Natalia Burlinova is the President of the Public Initiative «Creative Diplomacy» (PICREADI). She did her Ph. D. Thesis in Political Studies on the topic "NATO in Afganistan (2003 – 2009): Problems of the Creation and Implementation of the Political Strategy". She is author and host of the analytical programs on Russian domestic and foreign policy "Internal Factor" and "External Factor", "Moscow Speaks" Radio Station.

Natalia Burlinova participates in Russian and international conferences on world politics and is the author of many publications concerning Russian foreign policy, NATO-Russian relations and NATO in Afghanistan. She was participant in the Munich Young Leaders Round Table 2012 of the Koerber Foundation.
