Attorney Gilead Sher (IDF colonel, res.) was Prime Minister Ehud Barak's chief of staff and policy coordinator, and Israel's co-chief negotiator at the Camp David summit in 2000 and the ensuing Taba talks in 2001. The English version of his book, The Israeli-Palestinian Peace Negotiations, 1999-2001: Within Reach, was published by Routledge. Sher is a visiting lecturer at the Wharton Business School, teaches at Tel Aviv University and heads the Israeli law firm Gilead Sher & Co. He is a senior research associate at the Tel Aviv Institute for National Security Studies (INSS) and co-chairs the movement Blue White Future.
