Dzianis Melyantsou is a senior analyst at the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Studies (BISS). He studied Political Science and International Relations at the Institute for International Relations and Political Sciences in Vilnius (Lithuania). Until October 2009, Dzianis lectured at the European Humanities University in Vilnius and he is a co-founder of the newly-created Institute for Political Studies.
