Dylan Herrera has a BA in Finance and International Relations from Externado University and a Masters degree in International Affairs from Sciences Po, Paris. He has experience working with UNESCO as a Post-Conflict Consultant and has also worked from NGOs and currently serves as an International Cooperation advisor on DDR for the Colombian High Presidential Counselor for Reintegration. He is also a lecturer in International Relations and History at Externado University.

He is an expert in DDR and United Nations Peacekeeping Operations as well as in Latin American and African Foreign Affairs. Has also been working on South-South Cooperation for the Colombian DDR Program.
