Galip Dalay and Dov Friedman

Mr. Dalay completed his undergraduate degree in business administration at Istanbul University. He earned his MSc in European Studies, with distinction on his dissertation, from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Mr. Dalay served as Vice Secretary General and Counselor to the Chairman of TUMSIAD, a Turkish business association. He continues to serve as TUMSIAD Ankara’s Foreign Relations Committee Chairman. He is a member of Chatham House’s Under-35 leadership program.

He is a Research Assistant focusing on comparative and Turkish politics at the SETA Foundation.

Mr. Friedman received his BA in history, cum laude, from Columbia College in 2009. At Columbia, he focused on the history of internationalism, writing his thesis on the development of ideas in American internationalism after Pearl Harbor. From 2007 to 2008, Mr. Friedman served as Senior Editor of The Current, a student journal of politics, culture, and world affairs.

He is currently a Research Assistant at the SETA Foundation, where he covers US and Israeli foreign policies.
