A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Devanshi Jalan studied Economics and Psychology, and speaks English, Hindi, Bengali, French and Italian. She is passionate about the environment and has worked with a botanist in France collecting seeds from wild and local plant species. Devanshi’s key interests lie in understanding the most salient trends and developments global business and economics, and exploring how they impact and are impacted by India. Devanshi is a Senior Copy Editor at Fair Observer, and has worked at the publication since its launch in 2011.
