David Brady
Emeritus and Senior Fellow at the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research, David is a veteran academic who is a beloved professor and mentor to his numerous students. As a professor of political science, David began his career at Kansas State University, and subsequently taught at the University of Houston and Rice University before becoming assuming professorship at Stanford.
Recognized as a brilliant scholar, David has been elected to the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and is currently the Deputy Director of the Hoover Institution. His research evaluates the relationship between public policy, suffrage, and political institutions, while his teaching focuses on the ethical establishing of companies and on ‘non-market strategy for corporations’. He has written widely on topics spanning women’s rights, nuclear industry, abortion, and Asian politics.
He will be advising Fair Observer on our approach to political theory and analysis.
