Dr. David Harris is Senior Teaching Fellow at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) in London, teaching African and comparative politics. He recently wrote the book, Civil War and Democracy in West Africa: Conflict Resolution, Elections and Justice in Sierra Leone and Liberia (IB Tauris).
