Arshin Adib-Moghaddam is Reader in Comparative Politics and International Relations at the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London. He has authored several books and articles on Islam, Iran, western Asia and world politics. Arshin is the author of "Iran in World Politics: the Question of the Islamic Republic," and his most recent book, "A Metahistory of the Clash of Civilizations: Us and Them Beyond Orientalism" has recently been published by Columbia University Press and Hurst.
