Alexander was born in Moscow, Russia and came to the United States as a young child. His unique upbringing has included living in Russia, England, Germany, and has significantly shaped his views on international relations, society and culture. He has a Master’s in Economics from the University of Southern California and is working as an economist.  His research interests include international economics, politics, and philosophy.
